Mental health and wellness parent information sessions


The OCDSB mental health team will be offering families an opportunity to hear from and ask questions to our mental health professionals. They will be hosting group drop-in sessions for parents to ask general questions about how to promote and sustain mental health.


These virtual conversations will be held over Zoom. There will be general sessions for elementary and secondary families. There will also be sessions for Indigenous and Black families and parents of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Developmental Disabilities'.
