Is your child attending Kindergarten or getting ready to start their Kindergarten adventure in September? This session will empower parents/guardians and caregivers with knowledge and tools to enhance their student’s success in Kindergarten.
Staff from the OCDSB Learning Support Services department will share information about the crucial partnership between the school and home. You’ll learn about:
- Self-regulation and co-regulation skills to help your child understand their feelings
- How to create routines and set expectations
- The important link between language and emotions
- Practical strategies to support your child on their Kindergarten journey
