The four Ottawa-Area school boards are required to hold an annual Public Meeting to make local agencies, as well as the public, aware of the facility partnership process for potential tenants sharing space in schools.
Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO)
2445 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C3
The purpose of the meeting is to allow the public or potential partners to identify themselves for consideration as possible tenants in future “facility partnership” arrangements, either in existing schools where surplus space may be available, or for joint use arrangements within planned future schools, or in vacant / closed schools, and as part of future school closure processes.
Prior to the meeting, interested parties are requested to read the Ministry of Education Community Planning and Partnerships Guideline and review the various school board policies, or to contact the board representatives (websites and contact info below).
