Community Awards

Community Awards
Each year the OCDSB recognizes the valuable contributions of our community members, parents, caregivers, and businesses through the OCDSB Community Recognition Awards.

Volunteers play an important role in our children’s education today - their life experiences, knowledge, and expertise can have a tremendous impact in the classroom and beyond. They are valued partners who facilitate interaction and co-operation between the school and wider community for the benefit of all students. This year our volunteers have continued to enrich student learning, provide leadership in our School Councils, support our staff and programming, and so much more!

Do you know an outstanding volunteer whose hard work and dedication has had a positive impact on your school, and/or on the OCDSB community as a whole? Nominate them for a Community Recognition Award today! Nominations close at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5th.
