Policies and Procedures

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s policies, procedures, and and forms are available on this regularly updated page.
Policies - are statements of intent, governing principles, or end results that serve to guide the overarching operations of our Board. All policies are adopted by the Board in open public sessions.

Procedures - are documents that guide the implementation of our policies or other routine system operations. All procedures are issued through the Director of Education.

Forms - provide the authorization to take action on specific issues.

Electronic Forms  - are online web pages that capture, validate, and submit electronically.
