Chat Support

If you have difficulties during the registration process, you can use the chat function in the bottom right corner of the screen for limited real-time support from the Compass support staff. 

Hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday - 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday - closed

The Compass Support staff can confirm that you are on the correct login page and can verify if the information that has been entered matches the school’s records. 

If  you require assistance outside of the chat’s regular operating hours, you can leave an Offline Message. All offline messages will be responded to as soon as possible. 

If the issue cannot be resolved by Compass Support staff please contact your school for further assistance.
